    1. How to place an order?
    You can make a purchase through our online store or send a message to the following address:

    2. How long does order processing take?
    All our products are custom-made for the customer. Our accessories are hand-finished and assembled.
    The order processing time is between 1 to 8 weeks, depending on the selected product and stock availability.

    Urgent orders may be fulfilled with an additional fee of 20%. For more information, please contact us.

    3. How to make a payment?

    You can place an order by sending a message to: contact@hasik.design - in response, we will provide the total amount and bank account details.

    You can make payments through Paynow oraz Paypal, where you can securely make payments.

    4. What is the warranty on the products?
    We offer a 12-month warranty on all products. Materials subject to normal wear and tear, such as LED bulbs, are not covered by the warranty.
    Under the warranty, we will repair or replace defective components or products. The buyer is solely responsible for any shipping costs incurred for inspection, if necessary.

    5. How is shipping conducted?
    We ship using freight companies, and the cost is determined before order processing.

    6. Does hasik.design have a physical store?
    Most of our products can be viewed in person at our Warsaw workshop by appointment.
